· Oversee and coordinate progress of research projects pertaining to medical student and resident education
Website Developer (2024-2025)
· Created an easy-to-use resource for members and interested applicants to see what REAM is involved in, affiliated attendings, and consolidated resources for member-access.

· Share resources and opportunities with junior medical students interested in pursuing orthopaedics
· Put together virtual events of female orthopaedic surgeons speaking of their journey, Dr. McKie and Dr. Olmedo
· Planning In-person bootcamp event for orthopaedic rotation preparation and early exposure for medical students in the northeast Louisiana area

· Liaison between ACOS-MSS national matter and our local chapter, remaining in good standing with national ACOS-MSS requirements, and attend national conferences, authored VCOM-LA chapter constitution
